- Vacuum or clean upholstery (check for any stains).
- Wipe down all surfaces, including TV stands, side tables, etc.
- Clean windows (Internal)
- Vacuum carpets or mop hardwood floors.
Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect countertops.
- Wipe down cabinets and drawers inside and out.
- Clean and sanitize the sink and faucet.
- Clean the stove, oven, and range hood.
- Wipe down the fridge, inside and out (remove any stickers).
- Clean the microwave inside and out.
- Scrub the floor and corners to remove dirt or grime.
- Clean any small appliances (toaster, coffee maker, etc.).
Bathroom
- Disinfect and wipe down all surfaces: sink, countertops, and faucet.
- Scrub the shower/tub
- Clean the toilet thoroughly.
- Wipe down mirrors and any glass surfaces.
- Clean the floor and baseboards.
- Empty and disinfect any trash cans.
- Replace shower liners or add a fresh one.
Bedrooms
- Dust all furniture: bed frames, dressers, nightstands.
- Clean windows (Internal)
- Vacuum carpets or mop hardwood floors.

- Ensure closets are clean and wipe down shelves or rods.
General Cleaning
- Vacuum or mop all floors throughout the house.
- Dust ceiling fans and light fixtures.
- Wipe down baseboards throughout the home.
- Check all light bulbs and replace any that are out.
- Clean the air vents and any grilles.
- Remove any trash or leftover items from the previous occupants.
